Murabba

When composing this attar, its richness touched me so deeply that ordinary description fell short. Only poetry could capture the experience.

Murabba is a fragrance that begins with a bold and jammy rose, its opening thick, rich, and intoxicating. Unlike most rose perfumes, where the delicate floral note shines only briefly before fading, here the rose endures, unfolding gradually in the drydown with a lighter and more airy radiance. This rare longevity is achieved through the subtle binding of rose with fine musk, which anchors and extends its life far beyond expectation.

At its heart lies smooth vintage sandalwood, rare, regal, and grounding. The rose, jammy at first, transforms into a gentle and luminous bloom, crowned with whispers of musk that linger like an echo through the night.

What makes Murabba truly exceptional is the rose itself. We used our finest in class 2025 vintage Taif Rose, hand-picked earlier in the year by our own team to create this extraordinary oil. After being featured in our Ghallia Abbasi and Ghallia Taifi attars, the last remaining amounts of this precious distillation were reserved for Murabba, ensuring that this composition embodies rarity, craftsmanship, and authenticity at the highest level.

Many vendors do a disservice to attars by relying on ordinary or substandard raw materials, hoping that the interaction between ingredients will mask their shortcomings. We reject this approach completely. Every aromatic in Murabba was chosen for its ability to stand alone as a fine scent in its own right. The result is an attar that celebrates purity, quality, and refinement without compromise.
